blackout drapes stocked shampoo
the room had blackout drapes this helped for sleeping i also appreciated many towels and fully stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash.
the gym's equipment was dated the fitness center did not feel luxurious.

Really good Amenities and Convenient Location
maintained pool area diverse restaurant efficient registration free parking
The pool area is well kept and features a unique shark tank. Multiple restaurants are on site. I found dining options quite varied and convenient. Registration was efficient. I experienced minimal wait time. I found the availability of free parking for registered guests especially useful.
Housekeeping services were only provided on the fourth day of my stay.

Great Downtown Experience
efficient staff nice restaurants fremont street
I appreciated the efficient staff. They were very helpful. The restaurants provided many choices. I enjoyed Fremont Street. It had lots of fun without overwhelming crowds.

unfriendly staff limited spa access
the fitness center was disappointing it was too hot and the staff was unfriendly access to the spa required an extra fee despite my being a hotel guest this made my workout experience less enjoyable than i hoped the parking situation was also problematic a security guard questioned my presence even though i was a paying guest

the location is close to fremont street. my room was quiet. several restaurant options were available, including a steakhouse and a chick-fil-a.
i had to pay an additional fee to check in early. i was told i would get a text when my room was ready but did not receive it. my room lacked a coffee maker and fridge.

Fantastic Stay Downtown
convenient location clean room simple check-in modern tower
The location was convenient to many attractions. I found my room clean. Check-in was simple, and I upgraded to the Rush Tower. I had a great room there that felt modern. I was in the Rush Tower and I recommend it.
I found minimal electrical outlets available to plug in my devices. I noticed there was no coffee maker either. I think they expect guests to purchase coffee downstairs.

All staff members seemed helpful. The front desk agent provided assistance, which I appreciated. The team addressed needs quickly.

I found the pool area good and shaded. There were options available for all guests. The place was busy, but I felt safe. The hotel also has several restaurants.
